RSpear & Jackson Razorsharp® Ratchet Action Telescopic Tree Pruner

A new addition to the best-selling Spear & Jackson Razorsharp® range of performance cutting tools is the Ratchet Action Telescopic Tree Pruner. Using a pulley system the ratchet action mechanism and extendable pole of this tree pruner combine to give the ideal solution for cutting overhead branches that are too challenging to handle for other pruners.

The extending pole may be twisted and locked in position to suit the height that you wish to reach. The branch is positioned between the jaws of the pruner and the cord is pulled down to make the cut. When you feel the resistance of the cutting action on the branch release the cord slightly and the ratchet mechanism will click on to the next notch. The cut is completed in four easy stages with minimal effort.  

A saw blade is included for any larger branches that are too large to fit between the jaws of the pruner
