Peatex Peat Free Multi Purpose Compost is perfect for growing seeds, potting on and small to medium pots and planters. It has a slow release organic feed which last from 3-5 months.
It has a friable texture, is free flowing and holds moisture well reducing the need to water daily. It does not contain green waste so no lumps of wood or other foreign bodies.
It has been developed to mimic the contribution peat makes to composts and has a similar Air Filled Porosity (AFP) of 19 compared to 20 for a peat based compost.
